Where we started, and why we work the way we do.
QCyberIndia started by running infrastructure, security and day-to-day IT for small businesses that couldn't justify a full in-house team. That work taught us something: most founders and business owners don't need another vendor. They need someone who takes the technology side seriously, for the long run, while they focus on their customers.
So that's how we work now. Sometimes it's a straightforward paid engagement; sometimes it's a longer partnership where both sides share in the outcome. Either way, responsibilities, ownership and terms are written down before anything starts.
We also build a product of our own, QFinera, which keeps us honest about what it really takes to design, ship and operate software.
What doesn't change: we say upfront what we can and can't do, we document what we build, and your product stays yours.
