1. About QCyberIndia contests
QCyberIndia runs contests and challenges for students, early-career talent and enthusiasts from every field, including sales and marketing, technology, design, content and business. Each contest has its own theme, format, eligibility, schedule, judging criteria and prizes, published on its contest page and at the end of this page. These general terms apply to every contest.
2. Organiser and promoted product
Organiser: QCYBERINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62020TN2026PTC199608) (“QCyberIndia”, “we”, “us”). We run every contest on this website, decide eligibility, review registrations, decide results and award prizes.
Promoted product: where a contest involves promoting a product, such as QFinera, its contest page names that product. QFinera is a product of QCYBERINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, not a separate company and not a co-organiser. Creating a QFinera account is governed by QFinera's own terms. QFinera is educational and research software, not investment advice.
3. Acceptance
By registering for a contest you accept these terms, that contest's published rules (below) and our Privacy Policy. Where a contest's rules differ from these general terms, the contest's rules apply. Your registration records the version of these terms (version 2026-11-04) and of the contest rules you accepted.
4. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and live in India, unless a contest's rules say otherwise.
- You must register in your own name, with your own email address and mobile number, and meet any other eligibility the contest sets.
- You may register only once for each contest. Duplicate or shared registrations may be disqualified.
- Employees of QCyberIndia and their immediate families may not take part.
- Entry is free. You never need to buy anything or pay anything to take part or to win.
6. Referral contests and qualified registrations
This section applies to contests that are judged on referrals, such as the QFinera Growth Challenge.
Your personal referral link works only after your social-media steps are verified and your registration is approved. A qualified registration is a new account on the promoted product that meets all of these conditions: it was created through your referral link, during the competition period and after your link was activated; its email address is verified; and it passes the promoted product's and QCyberIndia's checks for duplicates and fraud.
The following never count: clicks on your link; incomplete or unverified registrations; duplicate accounts; accounts you create for yourself (self-referrals); accounts created by fake, automated, paid or misleading means; and accounts deleted or revoked before the results are final.
Registrations that look unusual, for example many from one network or device, may be held for review and count only if we approve them. Subject to applicable law, our decision on whether a registration qualifies is final.
7. Your entries and content
Anything you create for a contest, such as a post, design, video, code or written piece, must be your own original work and must not infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of it. You allow QCyberIndia to display and share it, with credit to you, to run, judge and promote that contest. If we want to use it for anything else, we will ask you first.
8. Promotion and conduct
- Be honest. Do not make claims about QCyberIndia or any promoted product that they do not make themselves, including any claim about investment returns or advice.
- Do not use spam, unsolicited bulk messages, paid or incentivised sign-ups, fake accounts, bots or impersonation.
- Follow the terms of every platform you use, including LinkedIn, Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Treat other participants, our team and the people you contact with respect.
9. Judging, leaderboards and winners
Each contest is judged by the criteria in its published rules. In a referral contest, participants are ranked by qualified registrations, and a tie goes to whoever reached the tied number first. Activated users are shown separately and do not affect rank. A public leaderboard shows only your display name (first name and the initial of your last name).
When the competition ends, the leaderboard is frozen. Prizes are awarded only after final verification and our approval. Nothing is awarded automatically. Where a prize has a published minimum (for example, a minimum number of qualified registrations), it goes to the highest-ranked participant who meets that minimum and has not already won a higher prize. A prize whose minimum nobody meets is not awarded.
Professional growth opportunities are offered at QCyberIndia's discretion and are subject to selection. They are not an offer or a guarantee of employment. Digital certificates are issued to approved participants who meet the contest's published conditions, and can be verified on this website.
10. Prizes
- We contact winners by email. A winner must reply within 14 days, or the prize may be forfeited.
- To receive a cash prize, a winner may need to confirm their identity and give payment details at that point. We do not ask for these when you register.
- Cash prizes are paid in Indian rupees to the winner's own account. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged.
- Prizes are subject to applicable taxes. We will deduct tax at source where the law requires it.
- We may announce winners using their display name. We will ask before using a winner's photo or full name.
11. Withdrawal and disqualification
You can withdraw from a contest at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you registered with. Withdrawing deactivates your referral link and ends your eligibility for prizes in that contest.
We may reject or disqualify a registration for false information, fraud or attempted fraud, breach of these terms or the contest rules, or conduct that harms QCyberIndia, its products or other participants. We record the reason, and disqualification deactivates any referral link.
12. Changes, suspension and cancellation
A contest's final rules are published before registration opens. We may change, suspend or cancel a contest if we need to, for example because of fraud, a technical failure or a legal requirement. If we do, we will publish the change here and on the contest page and tell registered participants by email. Any change to a contest's rules creates a new rules version.
13. Personal data
We use your registration data as described in our Privacy Policy: to run the contest, review your declarations, prevent fraud, contact you and award prizes. We keep it until twelve months after the contest ends, and then delete or anonymise it. Certificate records are kept so that certificates stay verifiable.
14. Liability and governing law
To the extent the law allows, QCyberIndia is not liable for technical failures, lost or delayed emails, or the actions of third-party platforms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and, subject to applicable law, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Questions about a contest: [email protected].
5. Social-media steps
Where a contest asks you to, you must follow QCyberIndia on LinkedIn, repost the official contest post on LinkedIn, and follow QCyberIndia on Instagram before you register. You must also give us the URL of your repost and confirm each step yourself.
These confirmations are your own declarations. We do not check them automatically with LinkedIn or Instagram. Our team reviews the profiles and repost you give us by hand, and may approve your registration, reject it, or ask you to correct it. We keep a record of each review. A false declaration, or undoing a follow or repost while the contest is running, may lead to disqualification. We will never ask for your social-media passwords.
