2. Our services and the information on this website
The website describes QCyberIndia's IT services, our product QFinera and our contests. We describe them as accurately as we can, but the website is general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any service we provide to you is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes precedence over anything on the website.

Contests on this website are organised by QCYBERINDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. They are governed by the Contest Terms and Conditions and each contest's published rules. For anything about a contest, those take precedence over these terms.
5. What you send us
When you submit a form or register for a contest, you confirm that the information is true, current and your own. You remain responsible for what you send us.
Contest sign-in links are sent to your email address and work only once. Keep them to yourself. You are responsible for activity in your participant dashboard while you are signed in.
Ideas, feedback or suggestions you send us are given voluntarily. We may use them to improve our services without owing you anything, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Acceptable use
